While the site is in Turkish, you can use Google Translate to access it in English. Similar to Netflix, there's a monthly fee. There are also one, three or six month coupon codes for purchase from their online store to watch a movie or series.

Incidentally, it is my concern here in the states as well. Another question I have is Burak Ozcivit is in Kuruluş: Osman which I am dying to see as he is my favorite male Turkish actor and that appears to be a wonderful series that we can't view here just yet.
